Our health & safety advisors make certain our clients adopt an effective approach to safety, compliance and risk management. Our teams are fully conversant with the Construction Design and Management Regulations, and provide their trusted health & safety expertise on residential projects.

SRA monitor and assess the progress and quality of a construction project throughout the project duration. This includes monitoring and advising on costs, programme advice, quality control and health & safety. Our team then reports back to the client on their areas of provision and provides detailed feedback and advice that affords an objective view of progress within the project and addresses any issues that may arise.

By undertaking close monitoring we can ensure our clients have an effective approach to safety and risk management, which can include assuming the role of Principal Designer and Competent Person (as defined by the Management Regulations and referenced in the CDM Regulations).
