Hemingways, Melmerby, Ripon

A 3,600 square metre extension to the Head Office home of specialist e-commerce and distribution company, Hemingways. 1,800m2 of warehouse space was added to the company’s existing site on the Barker Business Park near the village of Melmerby in Ripon.

A two-storey, high-spec office extension to the northern end of the building was also added. All the work was completed while the business existing unit remained open and operational.
