Matrix, Harrogate

SRA were commissioned by Hornbeam Park Developments to provide Development Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services on a new project at Hornbeam Park, Harrogate. The scheme consists of 5 new employment units together with extensive external works. Full planning permission was successfully secured in 2017 and a significant enabling works contract has now been completed, which consisted of the demolition of former 1960’s college buildings.
