This project was constructed in Leeds city centre which brought many site constraints and restrictions presenting many challenges. Works consisted of the extension and refurbishment of an existing city centre former office building to form 70 serviced apartments of varying size and layout. Existing buildings were increased in height for provision of penthouses and the overall development was completed to a very high specification/standard.
