Victoria Park House, Harrogate

SRA were appointed by Hornbeam Park Developments to provide Development Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services on a new high specification office in Harrogate. The scheme consists of a two- storey basement to provide on-site parking with approximately 23,000ft2 of office space above. The planning application was recently submitted and is currently being considered by Harrogate Borough Council.
